Email support@murmurn.com, or send a message from the support form. Include your Murmurn handle and, for a trade or deposit, the transaction link, so we can find it quickly. We will never ask for your password, a seed phrase or a private key, and nobody from Murmurn will message you first offering help.

Product news and status updates are posted on X at @murmurn_app. The community lives on Discord and Telegram. These three are the only official accounts; anything else using the Murmurn name is not us.

Creators who want to bring their audience can apply to the affiliate program. Press and partnership questions go to the same support address. Developers can read the public API docs.

To report a security issue, email the support address with the word Security in the subject line. Please do not test against other people's accounts or funds.
